I just came home from a 7-day training trip in Nassau, Bahamas {Paradise Island}, the week marked the last training trip I will participate as a collegiate swimmer, though once again the hard work and time in the pool made the "cold" tundra of Minnesota appealing! I will be writing as soon as I can with photos and stories, 'til then, I know I am happy to be home!
